Also, the overlapping of machine occupying periods is checked for the whole machines by an overlapped allotment checking means 4. When overlapping is confirmed, the temporary allotment is varied in the direction of the degree of freedom which avoids the overlapping by a temporarily allotted contents varying means 5.
