Abstract
PURPOSE:To apply to a TV conference between multispots and to improve a service by forming plural reduced and synthesized pictures, superimposing a ground number thereon and displaying the information of all the ground. CONSTITUTION:Plural remote terminals 1b-1h are designated from a transmitting terminal 1a, a line to a TV conference controller 13 between multispots is set by an exchange and this set sequence is stored in a ground address number in a control part 12. A video signal from a terminal to be designated is converted in interface parts 3a-3h through the lines 10a-10h decoded in processing parts 4a-4h, the video is synchronized and thereafter, horizontal and vertical picture elements are thinned out at every other interval in video reducing parts 5a-5h. In a video multiplex switching part 11, the picture of a specific spot or the reducing signal synthesized video signal from the respective terminals is outputted. A numerical character corresponding to the ground address number is superimposed on the right lower part of the reduced picture or the line in a superimposing part 15 and displayed.
