Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent characteristic degradation and to ease an assembling by receiving an antenna coil formed by a single covered wire to the recessed place of a coil receiving member, receiving a resistor to a terminal member and after that, press-fitting the cover of the terminal member to the inner circumference of the aperture of the coil receiving recessed place. CONSTITUTION:An antenna coil 11 is formed from the single covered wire whose wire diameter is small. An antenna element 11 of a hollow of a pair of right and left is embedded to the front part of the terminal member 12 and protruded from the front step. A resistor 15 is mounted to a resistor storing recessed place 16 in the lower part of the member 12. The coil 11 is received to a recessed place 18 of a coil storing member 13 and the both edge part 24 are protruded forward and put into respective channels 21. Then, an inside conductor 25 to protrude forward from the channel 21 is exposed and the conductor 25 is inserted into the terminal 14 and soldered. A cover 19 is press-fitted to the inner circumference of the aperture on the recessed place 18 and a cap 20 is press-fitted into the recessed place 16. A protruding part 29 of one edge of the cap 20 is press-fitted to a channel 30 of the lower part of a hole 17. Thus, the degradation of the electric characteristic is prevented and the assembling can be easily executed.
