Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は遊星ギヤ減速装置、特に内部減速型

星歯車2については焼入アルミニウム(又はアル
ミニウム合金の焼入材)部材で構成され、内歯歯
車3はガラス基材(フイラーを充填したもの)を
含有するナイロン樹脂の成形材で構成され、太陽

て、 各歯車の構成部材の材質の強度が、次の関
係、 太陽歯車>遊星歯車>内歯歯車 を満足するように、前記太陽歯車が焼入鋼材で
構成され、前記遊星歯車が前記焼入鋼材より硬
度が小なる部材で構成され、前記内歯歯車が樹
脂で構成されていることを特徴とする遊星ギヤ
減速装置。 (2) 前記遊星歯車が、焼入アルミニウム材で構成
されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
