Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve maintenance and reliability of seal performance by removing the powder of oxide and the like of freeze seal alloy and performing washing and the like in a tub. CONSTITUTION:An inflatable seal 18 is expanded, airtightness between a seal member 15 and a tub 10 is held and thereafter furnace gas of a space between a partition plate 11 and the inflatable seal 18 is exhausted. A bolt 16 is removed and the partition plate 11 is withdrawn in the condition that freeze seal alloy 12 is melted by a heater 13. Therefore, since the tub 10 is opened, it is easy to remove powder and wash the wall of the tub in the neighborhood of the surface of freeze alloy, the exchange of freeze seal alloy 12 can be performed, and the maintenance and the reliability can be improved.
