Accordingly when the flat cable 1 is bent in the left direction, the core wire inserted in the left hole receives pressure and the core wire inserted in the right hole receives tension, so the pressure and the tension offset each other at the tip of an insulation cover 1b. Hereby the breakage of the core wire at the base part can be prevented.
