Abstract

PURPOSE:To seek to improve water proof ovbility by covering the insulator of a lead wire with thermoplastic resin which melts at the contraction work temperature of a thermocontractive tube that contains solder. CONSTITUTION:Ring shaped solder 2 which melts with heat is inserted into inside of a thermocontractive tube 1 and ring-shaped thermoplastic resins are provided inside the two openings of the thermocontractive tube 2 and further a lead wire 4 whose conductor 5 contacts with the ring-shaped solder 2 that melts with heat is provided. In that solder included thermocontractive tube 1, the insulator of the lead wire 4 is covered with thermoplastic resin which melts at the contraction work temperature of the solder included thermocontractive tube 1. Accordingly, the thermoplastic resin that covered the lead wire 4 promptly melts from a part where it contacts with the thermocontractive tube 1, thus it fills up 32 the part which was insufficient in the conventional method. Hereby water proof ability can be improved.
