Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the sensitivity of immunoassay, by using a conjugate wherein NAD synthetic enzyme is bonded to an antibody or antigen. CONSTITUTION:The NAD synthetic enzyme derived from Bacillus stearothermophylus is bonded to an antibody or antigen directly or a chemical means using a crosslinking agent. The obtained conjugated is immunologically reacted with an antigen or antibody, and ATP, deamino-NAD and an ammonium ion are allowed to act on NAD synthetic enzyme being at least one of the immune conjugate and immunologically unreacted conjugate generated by said immunoreaction to measure at least one component of NAD, AMP and ppi formed by the NAD synthetic enzyme.
