Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a head amount invariable and thereby to implement weighing with high accuracy, by computing a weighing rate from an amount of variation in a weighed value and by adjusting the degree of opening of a weighing gate in the lower part of a storage pin so that the rate turns to be a final weighing rate set beforehand when a set weighed value is approached. CONSTITUTION:A weighed value is detected by a weighing sensor 7 provided for a weighing tank 3 when a material is weighed, and an amount of variation in the weighed value per unit time is computed by a computer 2 to compute a weighing rate. Then, the degree of opening a weighing gate 5 is adjusted so that the rate be equal to a weighing rate set and inputted beforehand when a set weighed value is approached. According to this constitution, weighing is always conducted at a fixed weighing rate in the vicinity of the set weighed value for any variation in the level of a material in a storage pin 4. Therefore a head amount is made invariable and thus the implementation of weighing with high accuracy is enabled.
