Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the above-mentioned chimera polypeptide, by synthesize a recombinant wherein DNA coding chimera polypeptide containing variable region of mammal immunoglobulin and constant region of mammal T cell receptor are integrated. CONSTITUTION:A chimera polypeptide consisting of a variable region or immunoglobulin of mammal animal is produced in T cell by a recombinant technique. In the chimera polypeptide, variable region of mammal animal immunoglobulin is heavy chain variable region of mouse T15 immunoglobulin or light chain variable region of mouse S107 immunoglobulin and constant region of mammal animal T cell receptor comes preferably from chain constant region of mouse T cell. Antitumor activity is provided to a cell by integrating the chimera polypeptide into the T cell.
