Because it has no sex, it gets very stuffy. In addition, it takes time and effort to provide the fingers with an anti-slip function. There were problems such as the feel of the product being hard.

Then, the resulting bonded product is placed in a finger-shaped mold,
It is obtained by forming a ring-shaped reinforcing portion in the opening of the bonded product and then heat-treating it.

It is preferable to perform cutting by melting and joining by fusion at the same time, and then cut out the opening.

It has a bulge, and the ring-shaped reinforcing part is neatly set, and the shape of the decorative part does not deform with use. Note that, before heat treatment, it is also preferable to turn the joint part inside out and then place it in a mold to form a decorative part to make a finger holder.

The filament is discharged from a spinning nozzle using the spinning apparatus described in Japanese Patent No. 41-7883, and the filament is thinned by, for example, a heated gas flow jetted from both sides of the nozzle. The attenuated filaments are substantially unfocused and separated from the gas stream on an auxiliary device, such as a moving conveyor net, the contact points of which are joined by the filaments themselves. They may be bonded by heating and pressing using a roller or the like before or after cooling and solidifying after being laminated on the collection device.
