Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:An end ethynyl group-containing unsaturated imide compound shown by formula I [D is group shown by formula II (with the proviso that a case wherein A is a certain group is omitted; A is -(CH2)m- (m is 1-8) or group shown by formula IV]. USE:A raw material for a cured material having excellent molding and processing properties and heat resistance. The compound is reacted with a polyamine, especially diamine to give a heat-resistant material having excellent flexibility. PREPARATION:An aminoethynyl compound shown by the formula H2N-A-CH is reacted with an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride shown by formula V in a solvent such as N,N-dimethylformamide to form an amide acid bond. Then the amide acid bond of a compound shown by formula V is subjected to ring formation through dehydration by well-known method to give a com pound shown by formula I.
