Abstract
PURPOSE:To build the tire excellent in quality, while the uniform expansion of a bladder is made easy by sticking through vulcanization the nylon cloth of knit fabric onto the surface of the bladder in raised condition. CONSTITUTION:A nylon cloth 66 of knit fabric is stuck through vulcanization onto the surface of a wind-up bladder 15. This knit fabric (a) is raised on the surface of the bladder 15. Both forming drum 7 and the wind-up bladder 15 are reduced in diameter, and a plycord is wound around its periphery. The diameter of the drum 7 is extended, and a bead 20 is received in the step part of an end core 12. A cylinder 14 is extended, and the inner end part of the bladder 15 is put into the inner side of both ends of the drum 7. The both ends of the plycord 19 is lifted by expanding the bladder 15. The knit fabric (a) can freely expande or contract whereby the expansion of the bladder 15 is not prevented. The wind-up bladder 15 is pushed by shifting a bush ring 18 in the axial direction inside, and both ends of the plycord 19 are folded back around the bead 20, and lapped on the outer surface of the plycord 19 in the drum 7 in adhesion-state.
