Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish a decontamination of the object safely and easily without any waste production, by such a system that air, abrasive material and Flon liquid are jetted, through a nozzle, on the object followed by separation of the abrasive material which is washed with Flon liquid, the Flon gas generated being condensed to provide for reuse along with said abrasive material. CONSTITUTION:An object 2 is put in a closable decontaminating chamber 1, and a nozzle 3 is fed with, respectively, air from an air feed blower 4, Flon liquid from the corresponding storage tank 14 via a feed pump 15, and abrasive material from the corresponding storage tank 9 to mixing then together followed by jetting the resultant mixture through the nozzle 3 on the object 2 to carry out the decontamination. Thence, the air and abrasive material used and the Flon gas generated are suctioned by a blower 12 to feed to cyclone 6, where the abrasive material is separated from the Flon gas and the air followed by washing said material with Flon liquid in a slurry shifter 8 and sending it to the storage tank 9 to be provided for reuse. The Flon gas generated and the air are purified through a filter 11 followed by condensation with a condenser 13, the resulting Flon liquid being sent to the storage tank 14 for reuse, whereas the resultant exhaust gas being fed to the nozzle 3 with a pump 4 for reuse as the jet air.
