とが技術的に極めて困難であるし、そのセツトが
不完全で螺旋状切刃の突合せにズレが生じると、
切り込みに乱れが生じ、特に、切り込み間隔を短
くした繊維状肉を形成する場合には、その繊維状
肉がバラバラになり、以後の加工に支障をきたす
