Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A second reflection film 40A is provided at a position separated by a distance D facing a first reflection film 10A. The second reflection film 40A is arranged on a light transmitting support member 40 while a reflection preventing film 40B on the other surface of the support member. A mobile mechanism is jointly mounted on the support member 40 having a function f displacing the distance D between the reflection films 10A and 40A. The second reflection film 40A is made mobile in directions X and Y by turning a manual handle counterclockwise or clockwise. A transparent plate 50 is made in a fixed construction and the support members 10 and 40 and the transparent plate 50 employ a material that will not vary in the optical path length with changes in the ambient temperature.
