Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a liquid such as water or the like so as not to be stored on a top surface of a closed panel by setting the panel down to an integral molding of a strip elastic body consisting of a lip part and an installing part at a section, and installing a contact strip, expanded with roundness at its tip edge, in the lip part. CONSTITUTION:When an on-off panel 2 is closed, a contact strip 15 is somewhat slidden upward and stopped after it comes contact with an opening peripheral edge 9 of a box body. The position 17 is at the peripheral side (upward) as far as a portion of (d) from a top surface 11 of the on-off panel 2, while a lip part 13 is tilted toward the top surface 11 of the panel 2 from the position 17, and its top is gently titled in succession together with an installing part 14 till it accords with the top surface 11 as a whole. That is to say, a lip seal 10 is situated in the upper part of packing 6 at an upside part of the on-off panel 2, connecting an outer surface of the opening peripheral edge 9 of the box body 7 to the top surface 11 of the panel 2, and it is an incline going down to the side of the on-off panel 2. Consequently, supposing that a liquid of working fluid or the like is splashed on the top surface of the panel 2, this liquid is dropped down as sliding on top of the seal 10.
