Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the direct filling with content possible and to make a wide area air-permeable, by a method wherein a laminate prepared by partially bonding acid resisting paper to a water impervious and air permeable film is punched to form a blank which is, in turn, held to a mold so that the film surface thereof is turned to the inside of a container and a framework is formed by the injection molding of a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Acid paper prepared using alkyl ketene dimer as a size agent and an air and humidity permeable film are partially laminated by an adhesive. This laminate is punched to form a blank 2 which is, in turn, inserted in a mold in a state bent at habitual folding parts 3 so that the film surface thereof is turned to the inside of the container and injection molding is performed using a thermoplastic resin to obtain the container 1 wherein a principal part of a side surface 4 and a bottom surface 5 is constituted of the blank 2 and the flange 6, pillar parts 7, bottom edge part 8 constituting a container framework are constituted of the thermoplastic resin. The container can be directly filled with content and is suitable as a container having excellent air permeability and water resistance of a dehumidifying agent, a deodorant or an aromatic agent.
