Abstract

PURPOSE:To communicate same communication content without hitting by selecting other channel with other radio base station if a channel whose communication quality is deteriorated below a prescribed value when the same communication content is communicated in parallel through the use of plural channels. CONSTITUTION:If the communication quality is deteriorated between a mobile radio equipment and a radio base station 30-1, it is detected by an S/N monitor section 22 of a radio system controller 20. The radio system controller 20 gives a request to measure the quality of the transmission signal of a mobile radio equipment to all radio base stations around itself. The S/N monitor section 22 of the radio system controller 20 obtaining the information such as C/N value sent from each radio base station 30-n compares plural sets of information and uses a channel CH1 during communication at present if the channel CHn of the station 30-n is usable to give a command to the mobile radio equipment that the transmission/reception is to be implemented by the channel CHn.
