DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention has a block having an external heat insulation structure and an excellent decorative wall surface, and provides external insulation and an external wall decorative surface to the structural frame at the same time as the block is loaded. This relates to the manufacturing method.

However, in this conventional method, scaffolding was separately assembled after the blocks were loaded, and the tiles were to be installed by a tile craftsman, which required a particularly long construction period and required a lot of work. This has led to relatively high construction costs.

In addition, in this method, decorative tiles are generally attached by manually cutting mortar, etc., so they may peel off or peel off due to impact, shrinkage due to temperature, or differences in expansion ratio. There is a particular danger of falling.

Next, because insulation construction in the conventional method was performed on the surface of the building frame after it was loaded and formed, special materials, equipment, and scaffolding were required for such insulation work. It required a considerable amount of labor as well as assembly.

In addition, in such post-insulation construction, it is difficult to immediately use the insulation material as an exterior material due to the characteristics of current general insulation materials, and it is particularly difficult to use the insulation material as an exterior material due to the infiltration of rainwater. It was considered almost impossible to use this as an exterior wall material, and it is generally planned to laminate a heat insulating material on the indoor side of the building frame.

In other words, in order to construct a heat insulating material on the outer surface of a construction frame, it is necessary to cover the surface of the installed heat insulating material with a separate exterior material to protect it, and this exterior material In addition to preventing the infiltration of rainwater, it must also have weather resistance and cosmetic properties that can withstand sufficient wind pressure and other external forces. This significantly reduces the ratio of effective use area to area.

In addition, in the internal insulation structure of such conventional methods, the frame itself has almost no insulation function and merely provides the strength of the structure, and the heat storage and cold storage functions of the frame are It worked in the opposite way.

In other words, in the previous method, the cold and warm outside air was captured and blocked by the insulation material formed on the inner wall of the building structure, so if the building body itself was warmed or cooled by the outside air, Even when the temperature drops at night or rises due to the projection of sunlight, it surrounds the structure without falling or rising, and its heating and cooling functions are severely impaired.

The method for producing a decorative block material according to the present invention includes:
This was specially devised in view of the inconveniences in the conventional precedent, and it eliminates the need for surface finishing after the construction of the frame, and effectively saves construction time, construction materials, etc. associated with surface finishing. At the same time, we aim to uniformize the quality of decorative surface materials through factory production in terms of adhesion, weather resistance, etc., to ensure that there are no concerns about peeling, tearing, etc., and to reduce the external insulation structure of structures to the minimum necessary. In addition to ensuring that the building blocks are as thick as possible, the building blocks themselves function as cold storage materials to ensure effective and natural heating and cooling functions. Buffer formwork auxiliary material is provided on one or more surfaces, and tile material is attached and placed side by side on the formwork auxiliary material surface with the decorative surface of the tile material facing the formwork auxiliary material surface. Then, the anchor material is made to protrude from the tile material, and a foamed synthetic resin material is placed side by side on the surface of the tile material so that the upper part of the anchor material protrudes, and is laminated and foamed, and the filled foamed synthetic resin material is Based on the point that concrete for molding the block body is cast on the resin material surface, the following specific examples and considerable detour methods accompanying these examples are planned.

Hereinafter, a typical example of the method for manufacturing an external heat insulation and decorative block material according to the present invention will be described. Reference numeral 1 refers to a decorative tile material, which can be manufactured in various ways according to the design of the block wall surface to be molded. the shape of,
The material is planned, and generally, the structure is planned so that the tile materials 1 partially overlap each other for the purpose of reliably concealing the two layers of insulation material that is the backing material. It is.

That is, the tile material 1 has a so-called engaging concave stepped edge 1a that is depressed by an amount equivalent to the wall thickness of the tile material 1 on one side of its periphery, and a convex portion with which the tip edge of the engaged concave stepped edge 1a comes into contact. Tile material 1 with edge 1b facing step edge 1a
At the same time, insertion holes 1c, 1c for anchors 4 for specifically fixing the tile material 1 to the block body 3 are provided in the step edge 1a.

Note that these step edges 1a and convex edges 1b are made of tile material 1.
In addition to cases in which it is provided only on one opposing edge of the tile material 1, cases in which it is provided on the entire circumferential surface of the tile material 1 are expected, and generally, from the intention of forming the decorative mesh groove 7, one step edge 1a is provided. The extension width is set to be at least the distance from the convex edge 1b to the end of the other tile material 1, and the insertion end surface of the anchor 4 is hidden, thereby preventing rusting of the anchor 4 and improving the cosmetic properties as an exterior wall material. For this purpose, the insertion hole 1c of the anchor 4 in the step edge 1a is opened at a position covered by the other edge of the tile material 1.

Tile materials 1 to 1 having such a configuration are arranged side by side in a block casting form 5 configured to match the shape of the target block. The purpose of this is to make the interposition of the tile material 1 more reliable and safe, that is, to prevent shocks, injuries, etc. during the interposition of the tile material 1, and to withstand the pressure of placing and demolding the concrete. A formwork auxiliary material 6 made of a rubber mold or other elastic material is interposed on the bottom surface or any peripheral side of 5, and the tile materials 1 to 1 are placed on the surface of this formwork auxiliary material 6.
, the decorative surface of the tile material 1 is the formwork auxiliary material 6
They are arranged in parallel so that they are in contact with the surface.

The block a according to the present invention has a unique structure as described above, in particular, by configuring the heat insulating material 2 with the tile material 1 to be completely covered and laminated on the front surface of the frame 3. The loading wall surface of the block reliably avoids the inconveniences on the wall surface of the structure, and also ensures the external heat insulation function required in such a block structure, and also provides a solid finish with good appearance characteristics. This makes it possible to provide wall surfaces at a particularly low cost.
