Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute an economical system by assigning each time slot of a time division multiplex (TDMA) signal corresponding to a radio zone transmitted/received and sending/receiving a data while being switched to the corresponding antenna. CONSTITUTION:Four time slots of one frame Tf, for example, in a TDMA signal are allocated to a zone A, 2 time slots for zone B-and one time slot each is allocated to zones E,F respectively. A TDMA burst signal is sent from a mobile communication exchange 1 by a time slot of a radio zone processed by a base station to each radio base station and time slots A-C are sent in the radio base station 12, for example. Then the circuit is switched so as to supply the radio burst signals A-C to antennas 16-18 only at the time slot allocated to the radio zones A-C. Thus, since the route diversity is constituted without increasing a transmitter/receiver, the system with excellent transmission quality is realized economically.
