この考案は冷蔵庫内に保存している食品から発

周知のように、冷蔵庫は鮮魚、野菜、肉類等
種々の食品を低温で保存するものであるが、これ
ら食品の中には独特の臭を発散して、同じ冷蔵庫
内部に貯蔵されている他の食品へその臭を付着さ
せたり、冷蔵庫の開放時に不快感を味わさせたり
することがある。このような冷蔵庫内部の食品の
臭の発散による不快感等を防止するために、従来
から活性炭等の臭の吸着性を利用した脱臭器が一

を目的とするものである。すなわち、この脱臭剤
が全く新規なものであるが故に、この脱臭剤を利
用して冷蔵庫内部の脱臭を行う器具類が開発され
ていない事情に鑑みてこの考案がなされたもので

んでいる。この腐植前駆物質は、有機物の腐植に
至る変化過程における中間生成物であつて、好気
性細菌並びに通性嫌気性細菌による代謝産物と微
量の珪酸及び鉄等の無機成分を含む。この代謝産
物はフエノール露出基のある化合物及びフエノー
ルオキシダーゼ等の酸化酵素若しくはフエノール
化合物の酸化物であるキノン類、多糖類、アミノ
酸等の混合物である。このような腐植物に水等を
加えると、腐植物に含有される腐植前駆物質が活
性化される。これに有機揮発性成分である臭が接
触又は混合されると、腐植前駆物質中の代謝産物
並びに珪酸等の無機物及び有機物によつて腐植化
のための重縮合反応が生じ、有機揮発性成分の分
子量を増大させて、揮発を不能にして固定化し
て、臭の発散を防止する、すなわち、脱臭効果を
得るものである。この固定化は、酵素反応の進展
を阻害するものではない。そして、このような腐
植物の利用形態として、該腐植物を水に浸漬して
脱臭に必要な腐植前駆物質を溶出させて水の分子
と共に空気中へ蒸発させることにより空気中に発

この実施例の冷蔵庫脱臭器1は、本体枠2と水

の頭部5は蓋8によつて開放及び閉鎖自在となつ
ており、その内部には、電池等の電源9と該電源
9とスイツチ10を介して電気的に接続された発
振回路11、該発振回路11と接続された電磁石
12及びほぼ中央部を頭部5を構成する底部4に
面した支持板13に固定されると共に、その下端
を真下に垂れた振動板14が収納されている。こ
の振動板14は薄金属板から構成されておりその

とができるのである。尚、スイツチ10は図示の
実施例においては、手動入力のものを示したが、
必要に応じて、冷蔵庫の扉の開閉に伴い作動する
もの、タイマーによつて所定時間毎に作動するも
の等他の形式のスイツチ機構を使用してもよい。
更に、電源9は電池を使用する携帯用のものを例
示したが、家庭用交流電流を使用してもよいのは
勿論である。電池を使用した場合においては、そ
の交換の際には頭部5の蓋8を開けて取り換えが
