PURPOSE:To enable a emergency gas treatment with high reliability, by controlling a ventilation fan so as to start it up by a low differentiate pressure between an inner pressure of a nuclear reactor building and an atmospheric pressure and to stop it by a high differential pressure. CONSTITUTION:An on-signal S2 to a ventilation fan of a stand-by gas treatment system (SGTS) is not generated solely by a start up signal S1 of the SGTS but fundamentally generated by an AND logic 12 for a signal S3 of low differential pressure between an inner pressure of a nuclear reactor building and an atmospheric pressure, and the signal S1. And a start up signal 14 and a timer 13 are constituted so as to generate the on-signal S2 of the SGTS ventilation fan only when the start up signal 14 is generated in a situation of SGTS start up signal S1 does not exist. And otherwise, the ventilation fan is constituted to be stopped when a signal S4 of a high differential pressure between an inner pressure of the reactor building and an atmospheric pressure.
