Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a emergency gas treatment with high reliability, by controlling a ventilation fan so as to start it up by a low differentiate pressure between an inner pressure of a nuclear reactor building and an atmospheric pressure and to stop it by a high differential pressure. CONSTITUTION:An on-signal S2 to a ventilation fan of a stand-by gas treatment system (SGTS) is not generated solely by a start up signal S1 of the SGTS but fundamentally generated by an AND logic 12 for a signal S3 of low differential pressure between an inner pressure of a nuclear reactor building and an atmospheric pressure, and the signal S1. And a start up signal 14 and a timer 13 are constituted so as to generate the on-signal S2 of the SGTS ventilation fan only when the start up signal 14 is generated in a situation of SGTS start up signal S1 does not exist. And otherwise, the ventilation fan is constituted to be stopped when a signal S4 of a high differential pressure between an inner pressure of the reactor building and an atmospheric pressure. Thereby, the SGTS can be automatically controlled in an accidental condition and consequently an auxiliary system shut off operation and a controlling of differential pressure which is much complicated operation under an accidental condition can be avoided and therewith a high reliability operation of the SGTS can be achieved.
