Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to determine a highly sensitive substrate simply with good reproducibility with a general-purpose analyzer, by adding a sample into a system, wherein ribosome including enzyme, which specifically acts on the substrate, and a film-potential sensitive fluorescent probe coexist. CONSTITUTION:A sample, which includes a substrate to be detected, is added into a system, wherein ribosome including enzyme, which specifically acts on the substrate, and a film-potential sensitive fluorescent probe coexist. The change in trend intensity is measured. Thus the substrate is analyzed. As the substrate to be detected, e.g., amino acid, nucleic-acid related material and the like are listed.
