Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A refractory plate 11 of high alumina quality is removably mounted on a temporary plate 7 with an anchoring member 8 to constrcut the entire of an inner wall of a furnace, and cement, mortar, and a monolithic refractory 12 are inserted between the refractory plate 11 and the outer wall 6, whereby once the refractory member 12 is solidified, the anchoring member 8 is fixed, and the refractory plate l on which the anchoring member 8 is provided is fixed to the outer wall 6 along the shape of the same, and the inner wall is formed with the refractory plate 11. At this time, the nut 15 is loothened and the temporary plate 11 is removed from the refractory plate 11, and the nut 17 is threaded to a fixing part 9 in a recessed part 16 in the refractory plate 11 to anchor the anchoring member 8 to the refractory plate 11. Further, the hat 18 formed with a refaractory material is engaged with the recessed part 16 to cover and fix the fixing part 9 and the nut 17. Hereby, the fixing part 9 and the nut 17 are protected with the hat 18 from high heat, cooling water, and vapor.
