Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep furnace chamber internal temperature uniform and prevent cleanliness from being lowered by keeping a delivery port of a heating furnace for an article to be treated at an open state at all times, and partitioning the delivery port from the outside with the air curtain of clean heating air formed to traverse the delivery port. CONSTITUTION: Clean air is supplied from a blowoff pipe 14 into a furnace chamber 1, which air is recovered from a recovery pipe 13 into a duct 10 and is again supplied into the furnace chamber 1 from the blowoff pipe 14 through a fan 11 and a filter 12. Simultaneously, the heated clean air is supplied from a supply pipe 17 to blowoff outlets 15, 15 of an inlet 3 and an outlet 4 and is sucked into suction holes 16, 16. For this, air curtains 18, 18 are formed with the heated clean air at the inlet 3 and the outlet 4. The air recovered through the suction holes 16, 16 is supplied to a supply pipe 17 after passage through a duct 19 and a filter 20 and is regenerated for use. An article 2 first passes through the air curtain 18 on the side of the inlet 3, then through the inside of the furnace chamber 1, and through the air curtain 18 on the side of the outlet 4, and is conveyed out from the furnace chamber 1. Thus, temperature in the furnace chamber 1 is kept unchanged up to neighbourhoods of the inlet and the outlet 4.
