Particularly at the time of heating, a heat absorption amount of the exchanger 3 is regulated to control a capacity of a compressor 1 and a capacity of the heat source side cycle is controlled to meet the load of the user side cycle. Accordingly, a temperature of a chamber to be air conditioned is stabilized with a simple constitution, its comfortableness is improved.
