Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition useful as a wettability improver effective with only small quantities which enables the wettability of polyisocyanate compound-derived polymers to be enhanced, containing a reaction product from a specific fluorine-contg. compound and polyisocyanate compound. CONSTITUTION:A reaction is carried out between (A) a fluorine-contg. compound carrying a combination of >=3C polyfluoroalkyl and NCO-reactive groups [pref. prepared by reaction between a polyfluoroalkyl-contg. vinyl monomer such as polyfluoroalkyl-contg. acrylic ester of formula and NCO-reactive group-contg. vinyl monomer such as 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate] and (B) an excess equivalent of polyisocyanate compound to obtain the objective composition containing the reaction product from the components A and B, with its content being <=15wt.% in terms of the content of the residue in the component A.
