自在に挿通させて該ステムとヘツド１６との連結
部外面に螺合させた螺筒部２５の上端部から外向
きフランジ２６を介して係止筒部２７を垂設し、
該係止筒部を外向きフランジ６上方へ突出するシ
リンダ上端筒部３ａ外面へ嵌合させた筒状の作動
部材押え２４とからなり、シリンダ上端部３ａと
係止筒部２７とに上下二位置で係止できる係止手
段を設けてそれ等両筒部が上位で係止する状態で
はそれ等両筒部に対する装着部材の回動が可能で
