Abstract
PURPOSE:To attach and remove an insulating plate by one touch to and from the cooling surface of a cooling structure, by arranging the pushing means for the insulating plate at one end of a ring part, to which the insulating plate is coupled, and protruding at least two engaging pawls, in which engaging means to the cooling structure are formed, on the other surface. CONSTITUTION:An insulating plate 1 is tightly attached to a cooling surface 2a of a cooling structure 2. A ring part 13-1 is coupled into the outer diameter part of the cooling structure 2 so that the inner surface of a pushing part 13-2 is brought into contact with the outer surface of the insulating plate 1. Engaging pawls 13-3, which are protruded from the end surface of the ring part 13-1, are strained with a flange 2b of the cooling structure 2. When bent parts 13-3 of the inner tips pass the flange 2b, the bent parts 13-3a of the engaging pawls 13-3 are recovered with elasticity and engaged. Thus, the insulating plate 1 can be attached to the cooling surface 2a of the cooling structure 2 by one touch. When, the ring part 13-1 is moved in the separating direction from the cooling structure 2, the bent parts 13-3a of the engaging pawls 13-3 passes the flange 2b with the elasticity, the plate can be removed by one touch.
