Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency and lasting property of deodorizing, by allowing a nonwoven fabric to support a deodorized component composed of acidic phosphate and a copper compound. CONSTITUTION:As acidic phosphate being the component (A) of deodorizing components, for example, dihydrogenphosphate, monohydrogenphosphate, acidic pyrophosphate, acidic metaphosphate or the like are designated and, as the copper compound being the component (B) of the deodorizing components, all of an inorg. acid salt, an org. acid salt, a complex and oxide may be used. The ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) can be appropriately selected according to the requiring capacity of an objective substance but, usually, the component (B) is within a range of 0.01-200pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the component (A). As the fiber constituting a nonwoven fabric, all of a natural fiber, a regenerated fiber, a synthetic fiber and a semisynthetic fiber may be used. The support amount of the deodorizing components to the nonwoven fabric can be appropriately selected according to the requiring capacity of the objective substance but, usually, said components are within a range of 0.5-500pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric.
