Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the biting of a screw by stopping the turn of the feed screw through the contact of turn-locking member arranged on the feed screw with a carriage moved by the feed screw. CONSTITUTION:A turn-locking member 60 is integrally arranged in the shape of a flange on a feed screw 50, around which an elastic body 64 is provided as being projecting toward the side of a carriage 40. An elastic body 62 is arranged on the carriage 40 in its surface facing the elastic body 64. When the carriage 40 is move beyond the predetermined region, the turn-locking member 60 and the carriage 40 are brought into contact with each other. Thus, the turn of the feed screw is stopped and the biting of the screw between the feed screw and the carriage can be prevented.
