立されるダンパーシリンダと、該ダンパーシリン

に他端が上記ダンパーシリンダの上端に係止され
る懸架スプリングとを有してなり、上記アウター
チユーブの上端内部には先端が下方のインナーチ
ユーブ上端に対向する弾性部材が配設されてなる
と共に、上記インナーチユーブの上端部には上記
弾性部材に対向するストツパーが配設されてなる
