機構9を設けるとともに、ロツク用掛金具14を
軸支するボス部材17をベースプレート16を介
してエンジンボンネツト面に取付け、かつ、ロツ
ク用掛金具14におけるロツク解除用操作部14

させるとともに、前記ベースプレート16を前記
開口bの周辺部全域に亘る状態でボンネツト面に
