Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a finger from being jammed between racks and to simplify manufacture and assembling of parts by providing a finger hook part on the front end of an extension piece attached to a side plate part, and providing a handle having the same cross-section in the each part thereof extending from the upper end of an operation face panel to the lower end. CONSTITUTION: A moving rack main body 35 is capable of moving in the lateral direction along a rail 2 through a wheel 36. An operation face panel 37 is provided on the front 35a of the main body 35, and a handle 38 is provided on both sides of the operation face panel 37 extending from the upper end 37d to the lower end 37e. The handle 38 includes a base piece 38a having an L- shaped cross-section attached to the front of a bent plate part 37c and the outer end edge, an extension piece 38b extended forward from the inner end of a base piece 38a and attached to a side plate part 37b, and a finger hook part 38c of the front end. The respective parts of the handle have the equal cross-section, and the lateral width size w1 of the finger hook part 38c is smaller than the width w2 of the base piece 38a. The handle 38 is not projected forward over the operation face panel 37, thus not to collide with a passerby.
