Claims (1)
- 丸ビレツト用連続鋳造機の円筒鋳型外周に多数
のスプレノズルを配列し、冷却水をスプレして鋳
型冷却面を冷却するスプレ冷却式鋳型において、
スプレーノズルとして横方向噴射角が縦方向噴射
角より小さい充楕円スプレノズルを使用し、円周
方向には均等配列し、縦方向には１段毎に千鳥配
列することによつて鋳型の冷却面を均等に冷却す
るようにしてなることを特徴とする丸ビレツト用
連続鋳造機のスプレ冷却式鋳型。
