Abstract
PURPOSE:To monitor, predict, and forecast the behavior of a landslip by providing a wire type multilayer movement quantity measuring means, an underground water level measuring means, a control means which records and transmits data, and a processing means which analyzes the data. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with the wire type multilayer movement quantity measuring means 1 which has plural measurement wires 2 and detects the movement quantities of the respective measurement wires 2 by sensors consisting of variable resistors to measure the displacement of many layers 7, and the underground water level measuring means 4. Then the control means 5 equipped with a battery-incorporated IC card controls said measuring means 1 and 4 and records and transmits the obtained data. Further, a processing means 6 is provided at an observation office, an analysis is taken according to the multilayer movement quantity and data on the underwater level sent by the control means 5, and the data recorded on the IC card is read by the processing means 6. Consequently, a landslip is measured automatically at the observation office.
