Then the control means 5 equipped with a battery-incorporated IC card controls said measuring means 1 and 4 and records and transmits the obtained data. Further, a processing means 6 is provided at an observation office, an analysis is taken according to the multilayer movement quantity and data on the underwater level sent by the control means 5, and the data recorded on the IC card is read by the processing means 6. Consequently, a landslip is measured automatically at the observation office.
