ミツク誘電体の軸方向に貫通していないので、コ
ネクタの気密シール性能を損なうことなくインピ
ーダンス整合を得ることができる。

だつたり、第5図A,Bに示すような断面扇状孔
6e,6fだつたりする。この切徐部分6a〜6
fの存在によつて気密シール用セラミツク誘電体
5のみかけの誘電率を絶縁体3の誘電率と同じ、
または実質上同じ程度にする。こうすると、中心
導体7の径は絶縁体3内に存在する部分も、気密
シール用セラミツク誘電体5内に存在する部分も
均一にできる。
