の内周面に弾性的に当接し前記ロータとともに回
転する複数のベーンを設け、該ベーンとベーン間
に形成されるポンプ室の体積が、オイル吸込口よ
り拡大した後、オイル吐出口に向け徐々に縮小す
るようにするとともに前記ポンプ室の吐出圧が設
定圧以上になつたとき、前記ベーンが前記ロータ
室の内周面より離間し、前記吐出圧が調圧される
よう前記ベーンのたわみ量を設定した、1ロータ
