切換手段より所定遅延時間後に作動し、前記始動
用スイツチが自己復帰するまでの間、前記エンジ
ンの始動用モータに前記切換手段によつて第２の
巻線比のタツプに切換えられた前記トランスの前
記第１の巻線のタツプ切換時よりも高い二次側電
圧を供給する給電手段とを有することを特徴とす
