The arranging part 5 converts the output to a pulse signal, and a pulse interval counting part 6 calculates a pulse interval by a reference clock, and a comparison part 7 compares the count value with a reference value from a reference value table 8 indicated by spindle speed 9. And a spindle motor control part 10 sends a signal to a spindle motor driver 11 corresponding to a difference from the comparison part 7, and controls the rotating speed of the spindle motor.
