- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 電子部品パツケージを縦横マトリツクス状に
多数収納するトレイにおいて、 電子部品パツケージを収容する多数の凹所を有
するパレツトと、 このパレツトの上を覆うカバーとを備え、 前記カバーには前記パレツトの凹所内に侵入し
て電子部品パツケージの上面に当接可能な弾力性
のある突起が前記凹所と対応する位置に設けられ
ていることを特徴とする電子部品保護トレイ。 ２ 前記パレツトの端面と前記カバーの端面とが
シールされ、電子部品パツケージが外気から遮断
されるようになつている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のトレイ。 ３ 前記パレツト及びカバーの各表面に帯電防止
処理が施してある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
又は第２項記載のトレイ。 ４ 前記パレツトの下面に平面状の台紙が配置さ
れ、この台紙の上面には防湿・防酸化処理が施し
てあり、前記凹所は前記パレツトを貫通する孔で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のトレイ
。 ５ 前記台紙の端面と前記カバーの端面とがシー
ルされ、電子部品パツケージが外気から遮断され
るようになつている実用新案登録請求の範囲第４
項記載のトレイ。
