- 車体側に取付けられ、ステアリングコラムを上
下動自在に支持する上方が開放したクランプ本体
と、クランプ本体の締付けと締付け解除を図るチ
ルトボルトとを備え、前記クランプ本体の上方開
放を横切ると共に変形可能な補強部材の各端部を
クランプ本体の上端側にそれぞれ結合させたこと
を特徴とするチルト式ステアリングコラムの支持
装置。
