用紙を介在して圧接するリフトダウン動作と、プ
ラテンから離脱させるリフトアツプ動作を行なわ
せるよう駆動する記録装置のヘツド駆動機構にお
いて、前記記録ヘツドを固着したヘツドキヤリツ
ジを、円棒状の前記ヘツドスライドシヤフトに摺
動自在且つ回転自在に挿通させて取付けるととも
に、前記ヘツドキヤリツジに突設した受動レバー
を前記ヘツドスライドシヤフトに平行に設けた角
柱状のカムシヤフトに係合させてこれの回転に対
応して回転するようにし、弾性体により一方向に
回動付勢された前記カムシヤフトを駆動時に他方
向に回動させるソレノイドを設け、このソレノイ
ドの駆動力と該ソレノイドの非駆動時における前
記弾性体の付勢力とにより、前記カムシヤフトを
これの平面部および角部を前記受動レバーに対し
択一的に対向させてリフトダウン動作およびリフ
トアツプ動作を行わせるようにしたことを特徴と
