Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the safety of a patient, by locking the pneumatic circuit of an air cylinder by inputting the detection signal from a detection means for detecting the walking state of the patient and the state of an apparatus when abnormality is generated. CONSTITUTION:A patient having a suspension part 3 mounted thereto is suspended by a suspension arm part 2. When the patient has a fall, the sudden increase of wt. load, the lowering of a height and reversal rotation are respec tively detected by a load sensor 4a, a height detector 4c and a rotation detector 4d. When a control part 9 receives the input of these detection signals, said control part 9 sends an abnormal signal to a pneumatic interlock circuit 10 through an input/output circuit 12f to lock a lock mechanism 8. Hereupon, the rotation of the suspension arm part 2 is stopped and the pneumatic circuit of an air cylinder 5 is also locked. The air cylinder 5 achieves the function of an air damper to reduce the shock to the patient. Even when abnormality is detected in an electric circuit, the lock circuit 10 locks the lock mechanism 8.
