装したシステム基板と、ノイズ発生源とならない
回路部品を実装して前記システム基板上に積層配
置した補助基板とを備えたラツプトツプ型電子機
器の電磁波シールド構造であつて、前記筐体と前
記システム基板間にシールド板を配設するととも
に、前記補助基板上に前記シールド板と導通した
グランドプレンを設け、前記シールド板と前記グ
ランドプレンとで前記システム基板の上下面を電
気的に挾んでシールドしたことを特徴とするラツ
