Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the absence of runaway of an ink layer and enable clear printing, by providing a transfer ink layer on one side of a base film, and providing on the other side an anti-sticking layer comprising a hardened product containing a specified amount of a urethane prepolymer having specified structure with an organopolysiloxane as a skeleton and/or a polymer having active hydrogen atoms. CONSTITUTION:A layer comprising at least 10wt.% of a urethane prepolymer A containing an organopolysiloxane as a skeleton and a free isocyanate group as a terminal group and/or a pendant group is provided on the opposite side of a base plastic film with respect to an ink layer. Further preferably, a polymer B having active hydrogen atoms. is jointedly used in combination with the urethane prepolymer A, whereby the adhesion of the layer to the base plastic film and an offset property are improved.
