キセノンシヨートアーク放電灯と、該放電灯の陰
極側に配置され、その陰極側封止部が挿通される
開口を頂部に有する反射鏡と、この開口に向けて
冷却風を送るブロワーを備え、前記放電灯の発光
部近傍の陰極側封止部に、該発光部の外径より大
きい鍔状の遮蔽板が配置されてなることを特徴と
