Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the unbalance of a traffic processing quantity of each radio base station by designating sequentially a channel number selected with the highest priority in selectingone from plural channels having the nearly same signal level. CONSTITUTION:A selection control section 21 gives a command to a call channel reception section 22 to scan all control channels received by an antenna 1 and allows a number level listup section 23 to list up a channel number and a signal level. Then the channel number and signal level of the listup section 23 are read by a readout section 24 according to the priority from a priority channel setting section 4 to drive a comparator 25 thereby recording the channel number with the maximum signal level to the recording section 27. A channel connection section 28 connects the channel of the said number to the antenna 1 and the transmitter-receiver 3. Simultaneously, the advancing command of the highest priority number is outputted from the control section 21 to the setting section 4.
