Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the bonding strength between layers, and to prevent exfoliation of a shielding layer, by arranging, on a non-conductive material surface, a metal organic compound film having hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group on the boundary surface of a laminated body provided with a compound shielding layer containing a first layer composed of high conductivity powder and a second layer composed of high permeability magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:On a non-conductive surface 2, a radiowave shielding material 1 has a compound shielding layer 6 which is constituted of a second layer 4 and a first layer 5, via metal organic compound films 3a and 3b, respectively. The second layer 4 contains high permeability powder, and a first layer 5 contains high conductivity powder. The metal organic compound has hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group, and, e.g., the following are used; silane coupling agent such as vinyltriethoxysilane, and vinyl-tris (beta-methoxyethoxy)silane, and titanate coupling agent such as isopropyltri-isostearoyltitanate and isopropyltri- dodecylbenzene-sulphonytitanate.
